  • Can I ride a jet ski with no guide?
    Absolutely! We have guided and non-guided rentals. Check out our booking page to learn more. Our guided tours go out to the Gulf and the Hernando Flats. All the non-guided rentals stay in the Weeki Wachee
  • How many riders can ride on one jet ski?
    You can take up to 2 people per jet ski. Our Sea-Doo Sparks can carry up to 350 pounds, and the Sea-Doo GTI's can carry up to 500 pounds.
  • What are age requirements for passengers?
    We require our passengers to be 6 years or older. This is also outlined in the waiver upon booking.
  • What do I need to bring with me?
    A valid Government Issued photo ID and major credit card is required. Personal items may be left at check-in during your rental.
  • What will I see on my tour?
    While every tour is different based on marine and weather conditions, our guides will make 1-3 stops at different points of interest and share facts about certain areas. There is a possibility of spotting our local sea life like dolphins but it is not guaranteed.
  • Do you charge per person, or per jet ski?
    We charge per jet ski. Each ski can hold up to 2 people.
  • Can we switch off driving mid-tour?
    Yes, we make multiple stops during the tour that will allow you to switch drivers. Keep in mind, each driver must complete the temporary boaters test in order to drive if born after 1988.
  • Do you provide life jackets for adults and children?
    Yes all safety equipment is provided at the time of rental.
  • Do I need a valid drivers license to rent a jet ski?
    Yes. All drivers must have a valid drivers license. Photocopies or photos are not permitted.
  • What is your weather policy?
    Jet House will not depart in unsafe weather conditions. The Captain will assess the weather. Should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe to run the tour, the tour may be postponed or canceled. Every effort will be made to reschedule your tour during your stay. If you are unable to re-schedule your tour, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip. Every effort will be made to run tours as advertised.
  • Can my under 18 child drive a jet ski?
    Yes, anyone 16 years of age or older with a valid government ID and a natural parent signing off.
